CG Engineering provided structural design for the redesign of an existing facility to change the use of the 2nd floor space from office space into equipment space. The project also included a small addition to the building. The roof and floor systems were analyzed and retrofitted to accommodate new loads and the addition was seismically separated from the building with a seismic joint.
