Eastlake Townhomes

CG Engineering provided the structural engineering design for a 27-unit, high-end townhome development on the shores of Lake Union. The site included four separate four-story structures, with approximately 33,000 sf. In order to maximize the site area, two soldier pile shoring walls were required along property lines and retaining walls were designed throughout. The construction was primarily wood framing, however, steel beams and columns were used in specific areas with long spans and unusual conditions.
