Structural inspection and report

CG Engineering provided structural inspection of two tunnels that connect buildings in downtown Seattle. The inspection was completed to satisfy a City of Seattle Ordinance that requires a stamped structural report detailing the physical dimensions and conditions of all load bearing elements, description of all damage or possible repairs, and provides prioritization of repairs and a timeframe for making them. CG conducted the inspection, detailed the condition, and provided a stamped structural report.
