CG Engineering provided civil engineering and consultant coordination for a 150-acre site in the Cascade Industrial complex. Civil engineering included grading, drainage, and erosion control plans for the owner to prepare the site for future development. The ownership group requested that we coordinate the geotechnical engineer, wetland biologist and surveyor as well as provide permitting services and coordination with the Cities of Marysville and Arlington and the architect, site planner, and the rest of the design team.
