CG Engineering provided civil and structural design of three buildings situated on a 9.4-acre lot, adjacent to a 3.5-acre wetland.  The project consisted of one two-story, 24,000 square foot office building with tilt-up exterior wall construction. The second floor office area was designed with concrete over metal deck and steel bar joists.  Two warehouse buildings with a total of 60,000 square feet are designed to be high bay structures with an external wall clear span of 34 feet.
