This modern, 5-story community spans approximately 121,000 square feet, offering 199 thoughtfully designed apartment homes—including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts—paired with two levels of secure parking. 

Our team’s expertise shaped every detail of the site design, from a detention vault and water main extension to precise grading coordination with adjacent properties. Situated in Lynnwood’s vibrant CityCenter zone and built alongside the new light rail station, the project required seamless collaboration to integrate improvements to surrounding frontages and intersections.
