CG Engineering provided civil and structural engineering services for the expansion and renovation of an existing church campus in Shoreline, Washington. The project included building additions, new pedestrian walkways, parking lot improvements, and underground stormwater infrastructure. Our team developed grading, drainage, utility, and site development plans to support the campus improvements and meet City of Shoreline requirements.

Structural engineering services included the design of a large underground stormwater detention vault utilizing precast prestressed concrete panels with geofoam to accommodate the site’s sloping terrain. CG Engineering provided the structural calculations and construction drawings required for permitting and construction.
