CG Engineering has provided civil services for Gourmet Latte projects in several locations, including Lynnwood, Marysville, and Bothell. The scope of work has included projects developing a site with the coffee stand building, driveways and utilities. For other sites, we have retrofitted existing coffee stands with utilities that were not present. We worked closely with the client, jurisdictions, and districts to permit these projects. Designs included drainage, sewer, grading, storm drainage, erosion control, and street improvements. Work has included wetland considerations, driveway designs, and Low Impact Development facilities.
