The Edmonds Waterfront Center involved the construction of a 26,000 square foot building on a 2.6-acre site. The design involved the demolition of an existing 22,000 square foot building and redevelopment of the site. The building is primarily used as public multipurpose spaces but also included a commercial kitchen, coffee bar and senior health services. CG Engineering provided civil and structural design for the development. It was completed in 2019.
