CG Engineering prepared structural engineering documents and design for this 14-unit townhouse project located in Seattle. Civil engineering provided drainage, grading, erosion control and utility plans for the project.

The townhouse units were designed with open floor plans and lofts to maximize views. Part of the structural design included a canopy over several parking spaces and also site retaining walls. The civil plans included a separate SDOT set of drawings as required by the City of Seattle. Due to poor soil conditions, 7 of the 14 units were designed to be supported on small diameter pin piles, with grade beams and a structural slab.
