CG Engineering provided land use planning and civil and structural engineering for an affordable housing development. The development includes 16-buildings with 312-until apartments plus a rec building, detached garage buildings and several site structures built on an approx. 13-acre site. We provided early feasibility and site planning, working with the developer, jurisdiction, and other consultants to develop a site plan that cleared nearly 13 acres of trees while maintaining a natural buffer at the perimeter. CG managed the entitlements and permitting, which included a rezone and multiple public hearings. CG also assisted the owner with regulatory compliance to meet State requirements for affordable housing.
