CG Engineering led a team to provide engineering design for a tenant improvement and renovation project at the McDougall Fleet Services Facility. Our project manager assembled a team of sub consultants, including an architect and mechanical/electrical firm to prepare construction plans, specifications and engineering for improvements such as removal and infill of walls, addition of a roll up door and wider access points throughout the building.  CG coordinated with the County and managed all aspects of the project scope, schedule and budget. We also coordinated sub consultant activities and work products for the project.
