CG Engineering provided pre-development services, civil and structural engineering and construction services for this 5-story, 285-unit affordable senior housing building with attached parking garage near the future Angle Lake Station and light-rail line. It featured strong transit-oriented development elements. Our planner provided project review, zoning code interpretation, and coordination with the jurisdiction through pre-development, permitting, and construction. She also helped select and locate public art for the building.
