Prestige Care is an assisted living building including 80 patient rooms, a full kitchen and dining room, physical therapy, offices and a conference room. The site is designed to minimize the impact on the existing city stormwater system. The roof is constructed from a combination of conventional trusses, TJI roof joists and flat chord trusses. Heavy timber trusses were designed for the two main entrance canopies.
