CG Engineering provided permitting, civil engineering, and permanent shoring design for this 53,000 SF 40-bed rehabilitation facility. This facility provides inpatient rehabilitation care to patients in Snohomish County. CG provided the Conditional Use Permit for the 4.4-acre site with wetlands and significant trees to be retained. CG designed the below-grade stormwater detention vault and water quality system within the drive aisle. CG assisted with the outdoor recreational rehabilitation facilities including a pickleball court, putting green, chipping green, bocce ball court, and an accessible training ramp.
