Nardone Court Apartments

CG Engineering provided structural engineering services for Nardone Court Apartments, a 115-unit multifamily development in Burlington, Washington. CG’s scope included structural design of the framing and foundation systems for two residential buildings totaling approximately 91,000 square feet, as well as a 2,600-square-foot clubhouse. The development occupies a 2.57-acre site and includes on-site resident parking.
