CG Engineering provided structural engineering for a 2-story wood-framed building with an attached metal building structure that is separated by a seismic separation joint. The wood-framed portion of the building will house a community recreation center with classrooms, a kitchen, restrooms and a lounge. The metal building will be a gymnasium with basketball courts. The building was designed for LEED Silver certification.
