CG Engineering provided structural design for the renovation of an existing 12’ by 800’ pier. The Army Corp of Engineers required an “after the fact” permit due to previous work without a permit. This required a JARPA permit application & coordination with state & federal agencies. The final product was a mixed wood and steel grated deck with floats at one end.
