CG Engineering provided structural engineering services for renovations to a commercial office building along Highway 99 in Shoreline, WA.  The two-story building with a daylight basement required relocation of interior walls and lateral system upgrades. We also provided engineered plans for two new exterior awnings and a wood-framed exit ramp.
