CG Engineering managed permitting and consultant coordination for pre-development of a 4.4-acre industrial site for a commercial developer and helped transition it to a hospital use when it was sold during permitting to a healthcare developer. Our planning role included managing the recording of a critical area easement to protect an on-site wetland, consultant coordination, and managing land use entitlements and permitting with multiple jurisdictions.
