The Edmonds Yacht Club is an approximately 14,400-square-foot, two-story building with a large banquet room, kitchen, and storage spaces on the first floor, and office space on the second floor. The framing consists of plywood web joists supported by glu-lam beams, steel columns and wood bearing walls. The new building is constructed on an existing parking lot adjacent to the Port of Edmonds building. CG Engineering provided civil and structural design, construction drawings and drainage report for this project.
