Low-impact design

CG Engineering provided civil engineering for an approx. 4,000 sf addition to the multipurpose building for Coupeville School District. Construction bid documents and construction cost estimates were provided to Washington State Department of Enterprise Services. Low impact development techniques were used to infiltrate stormwater on-site. Domestic water and sewer systems were also designed for the addition.
