CG Engineering provided pre-development planning and civil and structural engineering for this 349-unit apartment building located in the Lynnwood city core. The project consists of 5 levels of wood-framed apartments over 2 levels of underground parking to maximize space. The site is approx. 2.2 acres, including parking, landscaping, and walkways. Because of the financing path that the owner chose, the building was designed to meet the requirements of LEED Silver. The design team worked together towards the goal of sustainability in all aspects of the building and site.

The project site was shared with a new hotel development, so CG Engineering provided site planning services and civil engineering services for both sites to ensure the two projects were functionally compatible.
