CG Engineering provided structural engineering services for this apartment complex with (3) 3-story wood framed buildings. One building has below grade parking for a total area of 47,920-sf and the other two buildings are at grade with a total area of 33,744-sf each. In addition to the apartment buildings, there is a pool cabana building and stand-alone garage on site. CG Engineering also provided design for multiple site retaining walls, including soldier pile shoring walls along the south property line and in the southwest corner of the property.
