CG Engineering provided civil and structural engineering for this 135-unit affordable senior living development on a half acre site. The property has 120,000 sq. ft. of residential area, 4,500 sq. ft. of retail space and 25,000 sq. ft. of underground parking. Civil engineering included design and submittals to the City of Des Moines, Midway Sewer District and King County Water District #54. Temporary shoring was designed for 3 sides of of site because of the building’s proximity to the property line. CG’s engineers also provided construction services for the project.
