CG Engineering provided structural engineering services for this apartment complex with three 3-story wood-framed buildings. One building has below-grade parking, covering a total area of 47,920 sq. ft., and the other two buildings are at grade, with a total area of 33,744 sq. ft. each. In addition to the apartment buildings, there is a pool cabana building and stand-alone garage on site. CG Engineering also provided design for multiple site retaining walls, including soldier pile shoring walls along the south property line and in the southwest corner of the property.
