Wood framing over underground parking

CG Engineering provided structural engineering services for this new apartment project, which included (2) buildings with 330 units on a 4.9-acre property in Lynnwood, WA.  The total usable area of both buildings is approximately 330,000 sf.  The construction consisted of 5 levels of wood framing over 1 level of underground parking.  As part of the design team, CG Engineering provided the structural construction drawings for the project and assisted with construction support.
