Structural Elements:
Wood-framing with steel beams and columns

CG Engineering provided the structural engineering design for this 50-unit hotel project, located on a 0.75-acre property in Sedro Woolley. Construction was primarily light wood framing with steel beams and columns at some of the long-span conditions. The building included hotel rooms on the upper floors, while the lower floor had space for a lobby, offices, amenities, and an additional (8) hotel rooms.
