CG Engineering provided civil and structural engineering for a new administration building with an approx. 6,650 sq. ft. footprint in Edmonds, WA. Structural engineering involved the design of a two-story building with moment frames and steel joists. The lower floor of the building will be used mainly as garages with some retail space. The second floor will have approx. 3,000 sq. ft. of office space. Civil engineering was also completed for the development of the ½ acre site. The design included drainage and utilities for the new building, parking lots, walkways, and street improvements. We also provided permitting support, construction services, and construction management of the project.
