CG Engineering managed intensive critical area permitting for development of two homes on a steeply sloped site with multiple critical areas. Our planner reviewed zoning information and critical areas as well as property records and provided recommendations on the use of the property. She then managed consultants and coordinated approval for development in an environmentally critical area in the City of Seattle.
