CG provided pre-development and land use management for this 6-building affordable housing complex. With nearly 600 units spread out across the multi-generational campus, as well as being adjacent to a wetlands and near an airport, this complex project required extensive coordination. Our planning role has included project review, interfacing with the jurisdiction, and managing entitlements and permitting.
