VERIZON SWITCH BUILDING

Civil engineering design was provided for this approximately 30,000 square foot Verizon Wireless telecommunications switch building located in the Redmond Ridge development.

The parking lot for this facility contains approximately 60 parking spaces and is located toward the front of the site. Storm water detention facilities were provided and were routed to two different drainage basins nearby.

QWEST CENTRAL OFFICE

CG Engineering provided civil and structural engineering design for the expansion of an existing single story central office building. The addition was a 20 foot wide one story expansion of approximately 1,875 square feet. The north end of the existing rear asphalt parking area was removed for the building expansion and the gravel parking area was overlaid providing necessary parking spaces.
