MILL CREEK CLOCK TOWER

CG Engineering provided the structural and civil design of an approximately 19,000 square foot masonry and brick retail building in the Mill Creek Town Center.

The roofing system is wood frame construction with steel beams.  Interior columns consisted of steel tubes. Civil engineering involved grading, drainage and utility plans.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS OF AMERICA

For this project we prepared construction documents for erosion and sedimentation control, grading and drainage, water and sanitary sewer and street improvement plans for this new office building. The Employee Benefits of America building is an approximately 8,200 square foot office building on a .45 acre site.

GOTTA STORE IT

CG provided structural and civil engineering for this commercial project. The project would eventually consist of this office building, a car wash and a coffee drive-thru.

The 2-story office retail building was approximately 11,500 square feet in size. Exterior canopies were designed for the front of the building.
