The design of the rectangular concrete detention vault approximately 80 feet wide by 104 feet long was provided. The vault roof was constructed of pre-cast hollow core panels that will be placed on three interior concrete walls that run the length of the vault at 104 feet in length. The vault will be used as a sport court and a concrete topping will be required.
CG Engineering provided civil engineering design required for drainage, conveyance, erosion control systems, cut/fill quantities, construction cost estimates for permit fees and bond quantities. Preparation of storm water management plans, details and notes illustrating collection, conveyance and detention of storm water runoff generated by the proposed development.
