Professional Development

  • CG works on a wide variety of project types giving our engineers the opportunity for diverse work experience to fully devel op their engineering skills. 

  • We encourage membership and participation in professional organizations.  CG subsidizes professional society membership reimbursing for up to 3 meeting costs per year.

  • Last year, 5 of our employees took the SE test, all passed the first half, and four passed both successfully.  We attribute that to both their motivation to excel in the field of engineering and also CG’s commitment to their professional development.

  • CG offers the tools to help you be successful including an extensive library of current code books as well as state of the art software.

  • Employees are encouraged to attend continuing education seminars; with pre-approval, CG may reimburse all or a portion of these seminars for employees.
