| CG Engineering provided structural design for several elements of an improvement project for an outdoor plaza at Auburn City Hall. The improvements included concrete retaining walls for landscaping and seating areas, a concrete water feature, sculpture foundations and a steel-framed kiosk building. The site contained soft soils which required all of the new foundations to be supported on steel pipe piles. CG Engineering worked closely with the City of Auburn and the design team to create construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates during a short project schedule.
